How fast are orders processed?
Once an order is received, they are typically shipped the same day.
What's your return policy?
We offer refunds for new, unused merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. All eligible returns must have the original tag(s) attached. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card. Refunds will be credited within two weeks after items are returned. Any shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We cannot guarantee the cancellation of any order once the order has been placed. You may cancel your order only before the order has been processed. To cancel or make changes to your order, contact customer support (Info@CozyLoveCompany.com) immediately after you have placed your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

During our testing phase, we had a number of indivuals in wheelchairs test our products and they said it made using the restroom much easier. We hope to help more people in the future with our products, and donate them to peoople in need.
